BSB Design’s latest affordable housing project has broken ground. Set aside for low-income and formerly homeless seniors in South Los Angeles, The Remi as the project is known, will provide 92 studio and one-bedroom apartment units. BSB Design is working with Affirmed Housing, a San Diego-based developer who specializes in low income, formerly homeless and veteran housing.
