We collaborated with Harbor Interfaith Services, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles, to create a 15,000-square-foot family resource center. The design consolidated all program requirements into one building, utilizing adjacent parcels. The three-story structure includes a resource center, play areas, offices, and underground parking while respecting the residential neighborhood’s scale and style. The design prioritizes social and environmental sustainability, aiming for LEED certification, with efficient fixtures, recycled materials, and energy efficiency.
