Gelfand Corporate Office

Our corporate client needed to allow their office space to function at a whole new scale. Achieving a new density of 195 square feet per person was no easy accomplishment in the 26,000-square-foot space. Beyond enhancing the private workspace, we wanted to help employees experience their new office environment by providing various activity-based work areas. White walls with bold red accents and glass walls create a vibrant open office. Oversized bright red pivot doors allow visitors to experience the collaboration lounge, perfect for both informal and formal meetings. We acted as both design consultant and owner’s representative for the project, collaborating with Douglas Emmett.
