We revamped a former JC Penney distribution center and showroom into a one-million-square-foot logistics center in just nine months. Our team’s design moves improved the warehouse’s storage capacity and flexibility, and created efficient, creative office space while reducing the overall carbon footprint. We also enhanced functionality by adding dock doors and improved fire department access. Our design team developed finish materials, color schemes, and design standards for all future industrial modernization acquisitions.
