Withee Malcolm Architects has worked with Watson Land Company as part of an active rehabilitation program for existing properties in their industrial centers since 2009. During that period, the architects have updated 28 individual properties totaling over 3,000,000 square feet.

The expansion of truck yards and the improvements to docking facilities, including repositioned docks and doors and better circulation—critical features for distribution tenants—help to keep the company’s office/warehouse facilities in demand.
