Metro Village, located immediately adjacent to the Baldwin Park City Hall in the redeveloping downtown core and an easy walk to the San Bernardino Metrolink station, is a new mixed-use, transit-oriented development that is an important catalyst for neighborhood revitalization. The development features contemporary architecture that addresses the urban context and its residential use to create a coherent project design. 5,500 sf of ground floor retail space connects to a large exterior public plaza and provides outdoor seating and restaurant dining for residents and guests, helping to support a welcoming, environmentally friendly neighborhood.

The $27 million, four-story community provides affordable apartments including one, two and three-bedroom units with 105 parking spaces on a one-acre site. The project is pursuing USGBC LEED-H Gold certification.
