Gateway at City Center

The overall project is a mixed-use community located across the street from City Hall in the heart of Carson. The community consists of 236 residential units and approximately 30,000 sf of restaurant and retail space with two levels of parking. The retail space faces Carson Street and Avalon Boulevard creating a buffer for the residential units above. The senior affordable portion of the community consists of 85 one bedroom units and one manager unit to the north of the site. This is connected by a landscaped courtyard to the 150 market rate units on the south portion of the site. The market rate residential units range from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom townhomes that line the east side of the site.
