Creative Office

With a goal of attracting young design talent to work in their research and development’s creative studio, the company realized that the work environment was a key factor in recruitment. Although this was the second phase of a redesign project with many specifications in place, the client wanted a new interactive workplace that felt fresh, creative, inspirational, innovative, and open and would encourage connection and sharing.

Withee Malcolm’s interiors team developed a concept for a space that could be used by both the designers and their clients for collaborative work and teaming efforts. Among the creative solutions proposed by the team are interactive panels that double as infill walls on the mezzanine floor, screening off the view to the confidential design lab located on the floor below.
