BSB Design’s Los Angeles office, formerly Withee Malcolm Architects, is a 40+ member team of designers spanning architecture, planning, and interiors. Our studio, one of 12 BSB Design locations, offers clients commitment, creative energy and personal integrity.
BSB Design Los Angeles approaches planning, architecture and interior assignments with a rigorous desire to find the best possible solution, and delivering informed, responsive service. This approach has helped us build long-term client and partner relationships across urban infill housing, commercial, industrial and most recently food and hospitality-focused markets. Our projects span across the Western United States and beyond, as we work collaboratively with other BSB Design offices on the future of our neighborhoods, our cities, and our environment — where our design makes a difference.

Director of Interior Design – Los Angeles
A certified interior designer with over 20 years of experience, Alicia Perez brings a creative sensibility and eye for detail to commercial, industrial, office, tenant improvement, and retail projects. Her positive and open communication style has fostered a continual increase in interdisciplinary design approaches to challenging efforts, delivering balanced project solutions that draw from the best of the firm’s architecture and planning, interiors, wayfinding and even advanced visualization techniques. Her role on projects of all sizes and complexities includes staff and team management, integration with other design disciplines, budget and schedule adherence and construction observation.
